Data Deletion Instructions — Metralha

Metralha is operated by BUGCONTENT LLC. If you sent messages to a business that uses Metralha (on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger or Instagram), or if you connected your Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account to Metralha, you can have your data deleted.

If you messaged a business

Send an email to contact@bugcontent.com with the subject "Data deletion" and include:

We will delete your contact, your messages and the media you sent from that business's account within 30 days and confirm by email. If you also asked the business not to contact you again, we keep only a record of that request, so you are not contacted again.

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account

  1. In Metralha, go to Settings → Channels, open Facebook or Instagram and click Remove on the connection. We stop receiving data from it immediately and delete its access token.
  2. You can also remove the app on Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Metralha and click Remove.
  3. To delete the conversations that were already stored, email contact@bugcontent.com with the subject "Data deletion" and the name of the Page or Instagram account. We will delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.
